Histeridae

For many years, I diligently collected beetles of this family (if they crossed my path) and passed them to Karel Polacek, who carefully identified them. If the identification was more complicated he ensured it to be carried out by his colleagues. During one of the visits I paid to him, my eyes rested on several packed boxes which he handed me over telling me to continue. Well, I do not continue very much but some of the collected items would be definitely worth it.
